The Challenge

A consumer health brand had published over 200 blog articles with no coherent strategy. Rankings were stagnant despite consistent publishing. The site had significant technical debt — duplicate content, thin pages cannibalising each other, and Core Web Vitals scores in the bottom quartile for the category.

Our Approach

We began with a full technical audit and resolved 34 crawl issues including duplicate meta descriptions, redirect chains, and uncompressed images degrading LCP scores. We then consolidated the content library — merging 80 thin articles into 20 comprehensive pillar pages and redirecting the originals. A new content strategy was built around topical authority clusters rather than individual keyword targets.
